Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty. To cancel an order, please contact us at support@nexifive.in.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• A copy of the original invoice must accompany the returned product.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
